THE POSITION

The Data Entry Clerk – Temp is a detailed, organized, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. The company will rely on you to have accurate and updated data to help support our new ERP system implementation. Depending on the capabilities and performance of the individual, this role may lead to a permanent position in another capacity.

HOW YOU WILL BE MAKING AN IMPACT

• Data entry into various systems.
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, and filing.
• Other tasks and projects, as assigned.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU REQUIRE

• Fluent in English – oral and written
• Proven experience as data entry clerk
• Customer-focused attitude
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong telephone skills, etiquette, and exceptional customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy with data collection and order entry
