Summary:

The Data Entry Clerk – Temp is a detailed, organized, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data to help support our new ERP system implementation.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data entry into various systems
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, and filing
• Other tasks and projects as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Fluent in English – oral and written
• Proven experience as data entry clerk
• Customer-focused attitude
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong telephone skills, etiquette, and exceptional customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy with data collection and order entry
