NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTION TEAM

A foundation of our quality management is our New Product Introduction process and team members. The NPI team works together with our internal and external stakeholders to understand the critical requirements of each component or assembly, the related materials and processes, and define and deploy controls and verification criteria to reduce process variation and achieve defect-free and on-time launches to production.


IN-COUNTRY SMG QUALITY ASSURANCE TEAM

In addition to the quality activities of our supply partners, our SMG Quality Control Assurance team members are full-time employees who use and enforce the controls and verification criteria defined during the New Production Introduction stage. Every part that is supplied by SMG goes through our team before being released for shipment to North America.
